The website and blog sites of A&S lawyers are owned and operated by A&S Advocaten. A&S Advocaten respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide to us provided, confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation treated.
Processing of personal data
Personal data is data that can be used to determine your identity. A&S Advocaten makes a distinction between (1) personal data that you actively provide to us and (2) personal data that – for technical reasons – is automatically transmitted to us.
Personal data that you actively provide to us includes the name, contact details, preferences and other information you have provided to us (for example, during a registration procedure or during contact with a lawyer).

The personal data that A&S Advocaten processes in the context of the website and blog sites will only be used for the following purposes:

This Privacy Statement is subject to change. Changes will be announced on our website. A&S Advocaten can process your personal data for new purposes that are not yet stated in this Privacy Statement. In that case, we will contact you before using your data for this new purposes, to notify you of changes to our protection rules of personal data and to give you the opportunity to refuse the use of your data for those purposes.
